How's the real estate market?

I haven't written in a while.  I got stuck.  I am sorry to be out of touch.  However, my home life is right on target.    Look, my admin quit and the summer began.  The Rosenbaum Group had some highs and lows these past several months pertaining to Real Estate.  Now, with that, let me answer your question:  

How's the real estate market?

The Spring market, which really starts in the winter months and encompass the summer months as well, brings a lot of action.  During the pandemic, the past many years the economic and quality of life was directly in our faces.  The suburb is where it's at; your very own office, a yard for the kids, to take a break from sitting at a desk all day at a computer.  It was a frenzy!  

If you had a listing, you did well.  If you had a buyer - not so much.  I wrote at least a dozen contracts and 3 went Under Contract, and then fell out of contract.  For me, I had one luxury home which created multiple opportunities with buyers and listing transactions.  For the consumer, if you were a seller, you did well.  If you were a buyer - not so much. 

The peak, top of the bell curve, for the real estate market is on May 1.  From then until the Fall Market, actually beginning in the fall, the real estate was still thriving and showing a gross increase of demand.  Hault; then interest rates, over pricing, inlation, war, asteriods, and let's not let COVID was the frenzy!
